Agile methodology

The development process is divided into several phases. You are involved in the whole process, so every feedback, changes, or improvements are welcome.
However, we know each project differs, so we adapt the methodology to the client and his needs.

Communication

In general, we communicate with you via Slack through a dedicated channel. Other possible communication tools could be e-mail or Google Hangouts.

Team structure

Every project has different requirements, so there’s no “one and only” structure. In general, our team structure looks like this:

  • Project Manager – checks if everything goes according to plan, solves problems, and translates business language into programming (and vice versa).
  • Developers – carry out assumptions about the project to the real eCommerce solution.
  • Quality Assurance  – he will find and kill any bug that may crash your system.
  • (Optional) Designer – provides the website with beautiful UI and takes care of UX.
Settlement method

Depending on your project’s scope, goals, and budget, the settlement method may differ. Generally,  the work can be commissioned with two options: Fixed Price or Time and Material.  We ensure that everything is clear for both sides and then begin our cooperation based on the chosen model. 

Optional: project maintenance

As a bonus service, we can provide you with your B2C eCommerce project maintenance and long-term support. The service includes platform upgrades, updates and implementation of apps and plugins, and new eCommerce store feature development.
