Which countries do we operate in?

We work entirely remotely from Poland with almost 30 countries so far, including Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, USA, Canada, China, Japan, Australia, and many more. We do not limit ourselves to single geolocation. As long as we can collaborate in English, we will be able to provide you with the proper staff. We can even fit your timezone requirements if necessary.

How do we handle working with different time zones?

Our teams are managed by a Project Manager, who takes care of communication between you and our team. Such a person is on duty to organize meetings and communication channels to fit your schedule.

What kind of services do we provide?

We are a digital agency that delivers services that lead your business to a tailor-made eCommerce system, usually based on the best open-source software with the entire infrastructure. We can consult and provide solutions like B2B/B2C/Multi-vendor Marketplace eCommerce, Progressive Web Applications, custom eCommerce applications, and migration from other platforms. We usually work with clients with sophisticated requirements, a more extensive product catalog, advanced business processes, and complex infrastructure. This is generally true for upper SMBs and Enterprise segments.

How do we work?

We usually work in an Agile Time&Material way. It is common that we start our collaborations with a workshop to provide a Client with proper consulting services. We can also mix with your current IT team and organize the work to give only parts of the project we are most experienced with.

Do we do every project from scratch?

Usually yes, those are often migrations from platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, or Presta Shop. However, we have a lot of experience in taking over the project after another team did not deliver it on time within the initial requirements.

Will we respect your intellectual property and trade secret?

It is significant to us that we respect your trade secret. Therefore we always sign the NDA before we start collaboration. We will not tell anyone about our collaboration unless you let us.
