The Familie Wiesner Gastronomie Group is a Swiss family business that has been operating on the market since the 1990s. It employs approximately 720 people and has 31 premises in various cities. The company's goal is to leave a permanent mark on the Swiss gastronomic landscape.
The company's main problem was decentralization and data dispersion because each of the 5 brands was supported by a different CMS, had a separate system and its own approach. Our task was to implement an omnichannel headless eCommerce solution based on Sylius, which would support over 80 different sales channels.

As a result, the company received a modern, high-performance headless omnichannel solution based on API and Sylius technology. This enabled a smooth migration of legacy data, including the import and export of products and historical orders. The project also included integration with a marketing automation system and the implementation of a customized back-end tailored to the specific needs of the team. Altogether, the solution significantly improved performance and operational flexibility.
